  The Cellars Privacy Statement
The Cellars recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our website. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users’ right to privacy to guide our relationships with our users.

Information Collected by The Cellars

The Cellars collects information about users when they sign up for our mailing list. When users request pages from our server, our web server automatically collects some information about the users, including their IP addresses. These addresses are used by computers on the network to send the requested pages to users.

Use of Information
The Cellars may use users' IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We also use it to gather broad demographic information about our users in general. This information does not contain anything that can identify users personally. (In fact, most users do not have a static IP address. By the time we review statistical data, you will probably have a new IP address.)

One of the goals of The Cellars is to inform our customers of great specials, sales, events and new noteworthy arrivals. One way to do this is through email. Using e-mail addresses provided during mailing list sign up, The Cellars may send e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mail to our users about sales and events offered by The Cellars. The Cellars will NEVER EVER sell, lease, rent, auction, trade or otherwise distribute user information (including email addresses) to third parties.

We hate spam and spammers as much as you do!
Users can indicate that they do not wish to receive e-mail information from The Cellars. Upon request, The Cellars will remove users who wish to "opt-out" of any further e-mails generated by The Cellars. An e-mail link will be included in all emails from The Cellars with the ”opt-out” option.Allow 2-3 weeks for The Cellars to remove the email address from our system.

General
The Cellars is not responsible for the content or the privacy polices of websites to which it may provide links.
